With a bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa and with 23 years of experience in the publishing sector, Paulo Oliveira has been the CEO of Livraria Bertrand since 2010. Livraria Bertrand is the oldest operating bookstore in the world, founded in 1732. With 58 bookstores throughout the national territory and the website Bertrand.pt, Livraria Bertrand is the largest bookstore chain and the largest specialized book retailer in Portugal. 

Paulo Oliveira is also the CEO of Grupo BertrandCírculo and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fundação Círculo de Leitores.
