Annabel El-Kerim has a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature from Queen Mary’s University of London. With a background in customer service and office management, and with experience at Kings Road Publishing, Pan Macmillan and Macmillan Education, she is currently the Senior Rights Manager at Hachette Children’s Group. She holds the responsibility of selling international rights for fiction and text-led narrative non-fiction across imprints Hodder & Stoughton, Orchard, Orion, Wren & Rook and Welbeck. Her current territories are Brazil, France, Greece, Israel, Portugal and Scandinavia.
