On 15 and 16 September 2026, the Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB) hosted the 4th edition of BOOK 2.0, bringing together national and international speakers to rethink the role of reading and literacy in the 21st century.
Under the motto “Back to Basics. Back to Books.”, this edition invited reflection on books as a way of returning to our roots and to deeper thinking. In a world of constant stimulation, BOOK 2.0 placed books at the heart of the conversation, reaffirming reading as an act of resistance and an essential tool for social transformation.

BOOK 2.0 brought together authors, publishers, readers, policymakers and emerging creators through a programme that explored emerging trends, encouraged dialogue and inspired action.
