GENERAL INFORMATION
The fourth edition of Book 2.0 will take place on 15 and 16 September 2026.
Book 2.0 2026 will take place at the Centro Cultural de Belém, Praça do Império, 1449-003 Lisboa.
Book 2.0 will take place:
15 September – 09:00 to 17:30
16 September – 09:00 to 17:00

Yes. The CCB has paid parking available.
Due to the limited number of spaces, we recommend using public transport whenever possible.
Yes. Centro Cultural de Belém is fully accessible. Please check the accessibility information on the CCB website.
If you have any specific requirements, please contact us in advance at info.book@apel.pt, so that we can help make the necessary arrangements for your visit.
No. Sessions will be held in Portuguese, English or Spanish. Simultaneous translation equipment will be available on site.

Restaurante Único will be open to the public from 09:00 to 18:00 on both days of the event.
Restaurante Este Oeste will be open from 12:00 to 23:00.
The CCB also offers other restaurant and café options. There are also several restaurants nearby, particularly along Rua de Belém, including the area around the famous Pastéis de Belém.
A Coffee Station will also be available next to the entrance to the Grande Auditório throughout both days.

After the event, please email us at info.book@apel.pt to request your certificate. We will send it to you in the days following the event.

REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN
You can register for Book 2.0 through our Registration Page by filling in the form.
No. Registration is completely free of charge.
No. Registration must be completed in advance through the website. There will be no on-site registration due to the limited number of places available.
Yes, but each guest must register individually through the BOOK 2.0 website.
Registration is individual, and it is not possible to add guests to the same registration.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you complete your registration.
If you do not receive it, please contact us at info.book@apel.pt, and we will confirm the status of your registration.
Once your registration has been confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing your personal QR code.
Simply present it at the check-in desk on the day of the event, either on your phone or as a printed copy.
Do not worry. In some cases, the QR code may not display due to your email settings.
If this happens, simply go to check-in and present your ID and your name. Our team will confirm your registration in the system.
As places are limited, we kindly ask you to cancel your registration as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend.
You can do so directly via the cancellation link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at info.book@apel.pt.
Due to the limited number of places available, registrations may be placed on a waiting list.
As places become available following cancellations, we will contact people on the waiting list, in registration order, to confirm their attendance.
Please note that being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place.
