Cristina Nogueira da Fonseca has a degree in Sociology from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, specializing in Community Psychology from ISCTE-IUL, Positive Psychology and Human Resources Management. She is the Founder and Partner of Happytown – Happiness Science Based, the first Portuguese consultancy to specialize in Corporate and Public Happiness.

Considered one of the leading references in the field, her client portfolio includes PWC, IPO, Delta, Fidelidade, LG, GALP, Metropolitano de Lisboa and others. To date, he has collaborated with more than 50 municipalities on short, medium and long-term projects focused on the well-being and happiness of communities.

In 2019 he founded the first Corporate Happiness Board in Portugal and developed the first academic offer in Portugal dedicated to corporate happiness.
