Gabriela Relvas was born in Porto in 1983. She graduated in 2005 in Social Communication from the Coimbra Higher School of Education, spending six months in Groningen, the Netherlands, as part of the Creative Communication Campaigns program. She trained as an actress the following year, after an intensive Actor Training course at In Impetus in Lisbon.

She lived in the capital for more than two decades and in 2018 she returned to Esmoriz, where she was born. She is a writer, scriptwriter, actress and presenter. She has made musicals, theater, series, telefilms, soap operas and films.  She has presented programs on the economy, health, entertainment and culture.

She has appeared on RTP, SIC, TVI, Record TV, EDP on TV and Porto Canal. He continues to work on this carousel. A Ilha da Formiga (Coolbooks – Porto Editora, 2019) is her first book, Gula de Uma Rapariga Esquelética de Amor (Suma de Letras – Penguin Random House, 2022) her first novel and Uma Vaca a Arrotar Metano (Visgarolho, 2024) her most insane achievement.
