The 4th edition of Book 2.0 brought together more than 1,000 participants on 15 and 16 September at Centro Cultural de Belém around a common purpose: to reinforce the importance of books and reading in society.
Under the motto “Back to Basics. Back to Books.”, the event brought together around 50 national and international speakers across 30 sessions dedicated to the challenges of reading in a world shaped by technological acceleration, the battle for attention, and new issues in education, culture, health, the economy and democracy.
Over two days, Book 2.0 fostered conversations, ideas and encounters, with the support of 35 partners. The highlights of this edition can already be revisited through the event’s official photo gallery.
Soon, all sessions will be available on YouTube, and the BOOK 2.0 2026 Report is also being prepared, bringing together the key content, conclusions, figures and moments from this 4th edition. In the coming weeks, photographs, videos, clips and other content will also be shared across the official channels.
