Until you commit to your words, you haven’t started to make them happen. True change begins with commitments to an unrelenting pursuit of a goal – a commitment to excellence.

But commitment requires determination. Determination requires beliefs. And beliefs always find a way to solve any problem, to overcome any setback, to move forward. So, how can leadership enhance commitment? Are we all committed to build up for the future?
