He was born in Lisbon in 1989 and, years later, graduated in Management and Industrial Engineering from ISCTE-IUL. After realizing that the corporate world didn’t make him feel fulfilled, he took on a long-term volunteer mission in Cape Verde and learned to think with his heart. In 2016, he began to captivate his first readers on his Instagram page. He published his first book, If You Feel It, Don’t Hesitate, in 2019, followed by In Case of Doubt, Choose What Makes You Happy (2020), Don’t Force It, Life Flows (2021) and Never Stay Where You’re Not (2022). He is currently one of the most widely read authors in Portugal and has already been published in Brazil.

As well as loving to play with words to deconstruct reality and question the established, he is also a certified Human Design analyst by PHDS.
