Alessandra Carra is an Italian business executive and Chief Executive Officer of the Feltrinelli Group, one of Europe’s leading publishing, bookselling, and cultural organizations. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna and began her career at McKinsey & Company before moving into leadership roles in the international luxury sector.
Prior to joining Feltrinelli in 2022, Carra served as CEO of Agnona, part of the Ermenegildo Zegna Group, and held senior executive positions at Emilio Pucci (LVMH) and Ralph Lauren Europe. Throughout her career, she has led major international brands through periods of growth and transformation.
Today, Carra oversees Feltrinelli’s publishing houses, bookstore network, and digital platforms, bringing together expertise in culture, media, retail, and business leadership.
