Célia Oliveira is an Assistant Professor at Lusófona University, where she teaches Cognitive Psychology and Educational Psychology and co-coordinates the undergraduate Psychology programme. She is a researcher at the HEI-Lab – Digital Human-Environment Interaction Lab and collaborates with the Psychology Research Centre at the University of Minho, focusing on learning, attention, memory, and evidence-based education.
Oliveira has over two decades of experience in higher education, research, and clinical psychology. Her work combines scientific research with practical applications in education, contributing to projects that promote literacy, learning, and cognitive development. She has also served as a scientific consultant on educational initiatives and regularly speaks on topics related to human cognition, memory, and effective learning strategies.
She holds a degree in Psychology, a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Sciences from the University of Minho.
