Diogo Moura is a communication consultant, cultural manager, and public servant, currently serving as Councillor for Culture, Economy, Tourism and Relations with the Parish Councils at Lisbon City Council. Throughout his career, he has combined experience in public administration, cultural policy, and strategic communication, with a longstanding commitment to the development of Lisbon’s cultural and creative sectors. 

Before joining the executive of Lisbon City Council, Diogo worked at Fundação INATEL, where he held roles in communication, marketing, and cultural management, including responsibility for the historic Teatro da Trindade. He has also served in several leadership positions within cultural and civic organisations. His work continues to focus on strengthening the connection between culture, innovation, tourism, and the sustainable development of cities.
